This is the summarized version of our complete 157-point Statement of Faith. Each section below distills key biblical convictions that define what we believe and teach. We encourage every visitor, inquirer, or member to read through this version carefully.
THE BIBLE
The Bible is the Triune God's divinely and organically inspired written Word—complete, infallible, and inerrant—revealing Himself and His redemptive plan. (01) It contains 66 books of the Old and New Testament and is true in all aspects, down to the very words used. (08–10) It is the final, universal standard of truth in all matters of life and faith. (12–13) Scripture is to be interpreted literally, grammatically, and historically, aiming to understand the intent of the original writers through the Holy Spirit. (16–17)
GOD
There is only one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (19, 25) He is sovereign, holy, just, and gracious—Creator and Sustainer of all things. (20, 23) God the Father governs all things and has determined from eternity who will come to Him in faith through Christ. (27–28) God the Son, Jesus Christ, is truly God and truly man. (31) He was born of a virgin (30), lived without sin (29), died on the cross as a perfect sacrifice, rose again, and ascended to heaven. (35–37) Only by faith in His redemptive work can anyone be saved. (38) God the Holy Spirit regenerates sinners, dwells in all believers, and sanctifies them throughout life. (39–41) He empowers believers to live according to God’s will.
MAN
All men are created in God’s image (45), either male or female by biological sex at birth. (47) Because of Adam’s sin, all men are born in sin, separated from God, and under His wrath. (53–55) Man is either a child of God or an enemy of God, and without divine intervention, cannot seek or please God. (56–59)
THE CHURCH
Christ is the head of the church, which is His body and bride. (103) A local church is a gathering of regenerated believers in covenant community. (105) It is governed by Elders and served by Deacons, following scriptural qualifications. (110–113) The church practices discipline (115), exercises autonomy (117), and exists to glorify God through discipleship, evangelism, and worship. (120–125) The two ordinances are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. (126) These are not salvific but are means of grace that affirm the gospel. (127) Spiritual Sign Gifts like tongues and miracles have ceased. (134–136) God still works miracles by His will, especially through regeneration. (135)
THE LAST THINGS
We affirm Christ will return before a literal, earthly millennium. (140–143) After the tribulation, He will judge the world, bind Satan, and reign for 1,000 years. (144–145) After Satan’s final defeat, the dead will be judged. (146) A new heaven and earth will be established, where believers dwell with God forever. (147–157) Until then, believers are called to faithfulness as we await our blessed hope.
